Lakefront cabin in a pristine setting, with privacy and lots of room.

This cottage is located on a wooded, 2 acre lakefront lot with plenty of privacy and room for small or larger groups to enjoy. The cottage is located in a family oriented, private community with a noise ordinance. We cater to families and this is not a “party house”. Summit Lake is approximately 45 acres in size, has fewer than 25 cottages on it. Approximately 45% of the shoreline is and will stay undeveloped via an easement held by the Delaware River Conservancy. The cottage has a woodstove and outdoor campfire pit, with firewood included in our rates. We offer guest the use of 2 kayaks, 2 canoes and a row boat from our private dock.
